In my most recent role as Head of User Experience at Sleek, I led a team of designers and a researcher focused on empowering entrepreneurs across multiple countries through an all-in-one digital platform. We optimized user journeys for services like company incorporation, international transactions via Sleek Business Account, and accounting through SleekBooks, enhancing the platform's scalability and overall customer satisfaction.
As the Head of User Experience at ZUZU Hospitality, I spearheaded a complete platform redesign that resulted in a remarkable sales increase of over 250%. This redesign not only boosted revenue but also led to a six-fold reduction in customer attrition, demonstrating our commitment to providing exceptional user experiences.
