Hi, I’m Anton, a hands-on product design leader with over 15 years of international experience building products that scale across markets, cultures, and platforms. From scrappy startups to enterprise giants, I’ve helped launch 0→1 products, rebuild systems from the ground up, and mentor high-performing teams along the way.

I was the lead designer responsible for bringing Sleek’s first business banking product to life. Starting from a blank slate, I worked on early research, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate the product direction with real users. Over six months, we shaped and launched the MVP, simplifying complex banking tasks into an easy-to-use experience for small businesses. As the product evolved, I brought on a designer and researcher to continue iterating. The final product quickly became one of Sleek’s most-used tools, earning praise for its simplicity, clarity, and business-friendly design.

At ZUZU Hospitality, I led the design of the Reservations Calendar - a central dashboard where hotel operators can view and manage all bookings from a single screen. The interface provides a clear snapshot of current and future availability, streamlining day-to-day operations. Designed to be responsive, it was especially challenging to scale for mobile without losing clarity or functionality. From initial research through design and MVP delivery, I owned the entire process, working closely with product and engineering to bring the vision to life.

I led the design of Sleek’s onboarding flow - a streamlined, service-matching questionnaire that helps new users identify the exact services needed to incorporate their businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. Each country flow was uniquely tailored to local regulations and user needs, guiding customers toward full compliance. I worked cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and sales, conducted usability testing, and led data-informed iterations. The MVP launched in just 6 weeks, and early optimizations led to a 50% increase in conversion rates. This flow continues to evolve through ongoing test-and-learn initiatives.

I led the design of ZUZU’s white-label platform, which enables hoteliers to create personalized, booking-ready websites powered by ZUZU’s technology. These sites allow properties to showcase their brand, accept direct bookings, and collect payments - all while integrating seamlessly with ZUZU’s broader suite of tools. I was the primary designer throughout the project, from initial concept to final handoff, ensuring the platform was scalable, easy to use, and aligned with the operational needs of independent hotel owners.

As the lead designer, I brought ZUZU’s Booking Engine to life - a powerful yet easy-to-use tool that helps hoteliers optimize their pricing strategy. While the interface is streamlined for everyday use, it’s backed by sophisticated algorithms that factor in market demand, competitor rates, and property performance. I owned the end-to-end design process, translating complex logic into a simple experience that empowers hotel owners to stay competitive and maximize revenue with minimal effort.
